Space Chimp warrants that it will exercise due professional care, skill, diligence and competence in accordance with applicable professional standards currently recognized by its profession in the performance of the Services. Space Chimp shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness and coordination of all reports, plans, information, and other items and services furnished by Space Chimp. If Space Chimp fails to meet the standards set out in this clause, Space Chimp shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Services.
If Space Chimp fails to revise work to these standards, Space Chimp will waive outstanding fees for the disputed work.

All of our talent must take a series of tests and one-on-one screening. Our process seeks to measure talents skills, industry experience, social aptitude, organization and work style.
The really great thing about using Space Chimp is that you get to work with the best talent no matter the barriers in geographic location. With that said, generally our talent is located in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Space Chimp talent work in a variety of location. They may work from home, coffee shops, and even coworking space. They find themselves working where they feel most comfortable at any moment in time.
We can’t control where our Chimps work. However, most of our talent prefers to work remotely and they thrive in such an environment. We ask our customers to keep this in mind.
Every project is different, so we aim to deliver talent options within 72 hours of the time the project is submitted to Space Chimp.
Even though most talent can manage projects themselves, we still provide you with a project manager to ensure that the project is running smoothly.

Yes. All Space Chimp talent is required to have a reliable internet connection and the appropriate tools they need to do their job. This includes: A computer, appropriate programs and office supplies (we love our sticky notes).
Unfortunately, we don’t provide long-term full-time agreements at this point, but we will provide our customers with this feature in the future. For now, we simply ask that you handle all projects through the Space Chimp platform.
All work becomes the property of the client upon release of payment for that work.
Space Chimp talent is no different than the other members of your team. You can request talent to sign the same agreements you have your other employees sign. However, our legal department will review before any contracts are signed to ensure that our talent is treated fairly.
Prices vary depending on the experience and skill set of the talent you select. Pricing ranges anywhere from $50 – $150 per hour.
You simply pay at anytime. Before the project begins, we’ll set some milestones where we will officially request payment.
You can simply pay as you go for each project within the Space Chimp platform.
The talent working on your project will log their hours as they work. You can also keep track and pay at any time, or on the arrival of your milestones.
